Boiler and water heater manufacturer Lochinvar has appointed Terry Simmonds as its new Area Sales Manager for London, Kent and East Sussex.
Terry will share responsibilities for London Borough’s with existing ASM, Adam Handyside. Adam will also continue to cover Surrey and West Sussex.
The company made the decision to considerably enhance its sales resource in the South East to meet increasing demand for its products and expertise and to exploit growing opportunities.
Terry has more than 30 years industry experience including sale roles for commercial water heaters; commercial boilers; solar thermal systems and heat pumps.
His last position before joining Lochinvar was business development manager for ACV and his previous experience includes a period as for Quinn Group where he specialised in radiator sales.
“Lochinvar has made a number of key sales appointments in the past year in response to growing demand for more sophisticated heating solutions across the sector,” said Managing UK Sales Manager, Liam Elmore. “It quickly became apparent that specifier and contractor customers would benefit from additional support in the South East so we are delighted to have secured the services of Terry with his broad experience and technical knowledge.”
